When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number where provided, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processors — we never see or store them.

Order records are retained for as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to marketing at any time. Email support@shopironlume.com and we respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The store is not intended for and we do not knowingly collect data from under-16s.
