Terms of service

An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported and may be converted at checkout. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law. We may change pricing and promotions at any time; changes don't affect orders already accepted.

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Time-limited offers expire as displayed.

IRONLUME is a portable lighting product for photography use. Do not immerse it, disassemble it, or charge it with a non-compliant power supply. Use as directed in the included guide.

Every unit carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal battery capacity decline.

Photography shown on this site is illustrative. Lighting results vary with distance, environment, camera and settings. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any specific photographic or physical outcome.

All branding, copy, imagery and site design are owned by Ironlume Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
